Wikiluck Stealing Funds - Rep here?

Is the Wikiluck rep still active?

The casino has taken €500 and claimed it came from a cashback bonus. However the bonus was added on August 28th. I logged in on Sept 14th and it had expired. So never used it.

The balance came from Aberdeen vs Hearts match and England back in June. The chat agent then started lying saying they were settled incorrectly, so I sent them the fact I bet under 4.5 and both finished with 3 goals and zero goals

I keep getting told to email but no1 responds.

Are they a scam?

Hello, I do not think there is a casino rep around. Frankly, our website does not handle disputes about sports-related matters; thus, I guess the rep would not respond anyway. Besides, the casino rating is quite poor, so I would not expect much, to be honest.

It isn't related to sports as far as the casino is concerned. The casino is saying it was from a cashback bonus. But it wasn't

You can see from the bet history the balance came from the sports bet. No bets were placed on casino or sports when the cashback bonus was given that expired before I logged in again. You can then see on the 13th when I logged in the balance decreased by €114. So I withdrew €500. If the cashback bonus had been the thing to generate the funds the bet history would show +€600 for this period not minus.

I don't know if this is a mistake or they are a scam?
