They all ban or limit winners, even my favourite casinos, this is why I moved from sportsbets to live casino. Sad, but true. I have been signed up with all the industry big names and plenty of small ones..

This is interesting because I've recently had a similar experience with another sportsbook where "abuse/arbitrage" was mentioned during a withdrawal review.

Did Sportbet.one ever explain what specific bets they considered arbitrage, or did they just refer you to the general rule?

I think this distinction is quite important. Calling something "arbitrage" doesn't automatically make it arbitrage, especially if the operator doesn't explain what betting behaviour actually triggered the decision.

@barborasp yeah you won't find it under jack.com, it's listed here as "Jack Casino" (used to be Jackbit). But like Radka said, they don't do sportsbook complaints anyway.

The 0:0 thing smells like an abandoned or postponed match to me. Books settle those by their own rules, usually void if the market wasn't decided yet, so a straight loss on 0:0 is weird either way. The other option is just a bad score feed, happens more than you'd think.

I'd open a ticket with the bet ID and ask them straight up which source they used for the result and which rule they applied. Get it in writing. Had something similar on a CS2 map that got replayed, they fixed it within a day once I asked for the source.

If they dodge it, AskGamblers takes sportsbook cases, and Jack is licensed in Curaçao so you can complain to the regulator too.

(fwiw I review sportsbooks for a living, Jack included, so curious what they say)
