Hello, do you have a table that shows the payouts for certain connections ? It's probably hard for someone to find out that way. Or try asking the casino ? Have you tried that? 🙂

Hello. I did look the table up. I was paid 50 cents on a 1.25 bet. The casino said the 5 was not suposed to be there, it was an error. I've never heard of such a thing. It was a large win and cant believe that they can just say it was an error

What does "five supposed to not be there" mean, how can a casino know what should and should not be there ? I find that a bit strange to be honest. I would say it would be good if they investigated such a thing and if you were to get some big win then maybe the game provider should be involved.
So the casino doesn't want to deal with it at all ? 🤔

this is what I got back from the casino. What do you think I should /can do. It came up in my spin as 5x 3x red 7. I think it was about close to a 1000 dollar win because last week I had a 5x 3x and a yellow 7 and it paid 6 hundred plus. Thanks for your advice

Perhaps I would try to inform myself. Alternatively, I might recommend lodging a complaint with us if it was to be paid out in any other way, but I see that the casino has described everything you need to know. If you still feel that it was not fair, then I would take that step and see what our team would find out. I'm not saying it has to turn out well, but at the very least you should try.
