Veronika has two days left, and I believe she will respond by then. I know that quite a few people are taking vacation days during this period, so it's a bit prolonged.

You know, I was thinking about this December season of love and joy, and to be once more honest with you here, for me it is just stress combined with an unhealthy climate in the cold city. So I usually fall ill, which I interpret as the result of increased stress levels and a depleted nervous system; hence, I'm perfect target for every virus during the freezing winter season. 🙂

Radka you need to relieve that stress I laugh when people tell ya "oh go take a nice hot bath" LMFAO that's not gonna help me, I'm easy going person everything used to bother me I don't know if its age or what now nothing bothers me the thing is you have to take care of #1 and that's you stop putting people ahead of you, I can go on and on but I think you know what I'm saying. Yes about Sunrise Casino, I play at a lot of casinos, or I used to, for one this casino is not licensed it's not a casino that I play at regular they will send me free spins and I will take them so they sent me $50.00 to play with for my birthday and I won large like $3000.00 but I was only allowed to cash out $100.00 which it fine that there rules now that was back on November 18 I cashed out I played 3 days on that money I did the wager all my information was ok and they still won't pay me the money,so what Romi wants to do is get us all together and talk, so with us starting a thread will that hurt me if not let's do it.

I'm glad to hear that. I agree with you once more; caring does take its toll. 😀 I literally spent half of Sunday analyzing how I communicate with players in order to avoid future conflicts and eventually stop banning people. What I discovered was that one of my biggest mistakes was initiating dialogue when there was no intention of doing so. Well, it kind of hurts. But, we are all unique and I must respect that even more in the future. I'll tell you a secret, though: when the winter and short days strike, I usually start to feel the same. I believe it's because I have less energy to maintain my spirit and tackle the daily challenges. It gets worse each passing year. 😀
But enough about the bright sides of the stress (yeah, a hot bath souds great but on some occasions I would need to spend days there.), Romi's plan sounds good to me. Honoring the rules should work both ways, so if the casino is unable to pay you, I'd say it won't hurt to complain. The complaint thread is a neutral space for you and the casino to discuss the issue and possible solutions with cooperation from our mediators.
Don't hesitate to try it, or we can discuss it further so you know what to expect 😉
