Strange game: Queens of RA Rising Coin Collect

I had something strange happen on Queens of RA Rising Coin Collect while playing on my laptop. I triggered the bonus round, but the game froze and just kept spinning without continuing.

When I logged into the same casino account on my phone and opened the exact same game with the same bet size, the bonus round was gone completely. I also noticed the feature values/multipliers looked different from what I originally saw on my laptop.

Has anyone else experienced this? I understand crashes can happen, but shouldn’t the bonus state and values remain consistent across devices if the round was already triggered? I’ve asked support to check the game logs because it doesn’t seem right.

Something similar happened to me once, but when I logged back in, everything was back to normal.

What did support tell you about this?

They remove the game and they said they are fixing it.

That's interesting, and I'm glad you shared that. I've also noticed that when you get back into the game, the bonus is usually still there, and it usually looks the same. 

So if they took it down and are fixing it, you’ll have to wait. Did you ask them what to do about the bonus if the game "deleted" it? Technical issues can happen sometimes, so I’m curious to see how the casino will handle this and whether they’ll compensate you in some way.

It's frustrating because the bonus game filled up the grid and started to crashed, from my understanding if you fill up a grid I should win the Grand. But i don't have any screenshot or any proof because when I went back to the game the bonus game just spinning and the filled grid is no longer shown (Sorry not really sure how to explain that) Well they said I should be able to go back to the bonus game where it crashed. Their deadline to fix it is until tomorrow, so I have to wait again. Do you think they can change the result of the bonus game?

I totally get what you're saying. I don't think they can or would do anything about a bonus result. But I'm curious to see if you'll actually get there and if you'll be able to play it.

It's too bad this happened right when you got the bonus.😕
