STAY AWAY - Rigid VIP system and scammy reload rules

This crypto casino is a complete facade. I have been playing on Stake for a long time, dealing with a brutal downswing for almost 4 weeks straight, depositing massive amounts. On top of that terrible variance, their rigid VIP system completely scammed me out of a daily reload.

Due to a single missed day earlier in the cycle, my entire reload period expired right before I could claim my last remaining daily reload.

When I contacted support to explain that I lost a rightful bonus due to their inflexible system logic and ongoing losses, I only received cold, automated bot-like template answers ("you have claimed all available bonuses"). They show zero goodwill, flexibility, or fair treatment toward loyal players who deposit heavily.

If you are expecting fair treatment or a human approach to customer support before reaching Platinum IV (which requires a fortune), look elsewhere. This is not how you treat loyal VIP players. Terrible system and absolutely disappointing customer service. Do not waste your time or money here.

I can understand why losing the final reload like that was frustrating, especially after a long losing period and a lot of activity on the account.

I would separate the poor experience with support from the actual reload rule, though.

Stake's published information says that reloads are available for a fixed period and are typically claimable every 24 hours. It also specifically states that if a reload claim is missed, it expires and cannot be recovered later. In other words, missing one day doesn't normally extend the overall reload period or move that unused claim to the end.

So if that is what happened in your case, I wouldn't describe the missing reload itself as a scam. It sounds more like a strict system that applied the published expiry rule without making an exception for you.

Whether support could have handled your situation with more understanding or offered some goodwill is another question, and I can understand being disappointed by repetitive template responses after the amount of play you described. But a discretionary goodwill bonus isn't something the casino is necessarily required to provide.

Of course, if your account actually showed that the final reload was still available to claim, or if your VIP/support contact had specifically promised that you would receive it, that would be different and worth looking at more closely.

Otherwise, unfortunately, this seems to be how Stake's reload system is designed to work.
