Wintopia vägrar att släppa insättningsutdrag

Wintopia vägrar och ignorerar min begäran om ett dokument som registrerar alla mina insättningar.

Jag spelar nu på Razed Casino, och de låter dig överföra din VIP-status om du kan bevisa vilken VIP-status du hade på ditt tidigare casino och hur mycket du satte in. Jag försökte både via deras support och deras VIP-kundtjänst.

I would separate two things here: Wintopia may not necessarily be required to create a special document specifically for transferring your VIP status to another casino, but asking for a record of your own deposit history is still a reasonable request.

Did they actually refuse to provide any deposit/transaction history, or are they simply not responding to your request at all?

Since your complaint has already been submitted and is waiting for review, I would include the messages where you requested the deposit records and any replies you received from Wintopia. That should help the Complaints Team see exactly what information you asked for and how the casino responded.

You're right, ma fault, you didn't say that you needed it for another casino, so thanks for correcting that I just did not understand that well.

If you've been requesting your deposit history repeatedly for several weeks and Wintopia responds to your other questions while leaving this specific request unanswered, then I can understand why you find that frustrating.

Since your complaint is already waiting for review, I would make sure this detail is included there as well, especially that the request has been made several times and has remained unanswered.

At this point, the important question is simply whether Wintopia can provide you with a record of your own deposits, or at least clearly explain why they are unable or unwilling to do so.
