Hello I made a previous thread about a social casino name Bitsky but they resolved my issues. I decided to try Winera since I’ve seen some reviews on different casino sites

about it being legit. They have good promo packages and I’ve spent money more than 100 and I barely do that until I feel comfortable but they had good deals! I won 400 but I stopped at 380 and decided to try my first redemption. I passed the KYC and was going to choose crypto because that’s all they had at first. The agent then advised me to do the ACH method instead so I made that process with the initial request on June file15, 2026. I received the email from them on Friday, June 19, 2026, which was the holiday and they told me that they processed the payment and that it can take up to three days to receive it in my method which was my bank account so I said OK they did this on the holiday. It’ll probably come Monday or Tuesday. Well it didn’t. I wrote them on the 25th and I said I waited five business days and I still don’t have my payment despite you guys telling me that you sent the payment on the 19th and under my transactions in my account it is showing as completed yet I don’t have the money in my account. I even posted my account numbers and ask them to check to make sure they put it in the right account which I know I enter everything correctly and I was told that the Finance team is doing their best and my funds should arrive soon. I said I understand but my issue is you guys sent me an email stating that you sent out my payment and that it can take up to three days yet it has been over a week and I still haven’t got my money and it’s been almost 2 weeks since I made the initial request to get a redemption. I don’t know if it’s the late tactic or what the issue is but I’m starting to get nervous that I’m not going to get paid from them despite them telling me that everything is legit and that I am going to get paid and that the Finance team is working on it, but how are you working on it when you told me that you already completed the payment and that the payment has been sent out if you go on trust pilot they have a lot of good reviews, but I’m starting to question that because going and looking at the negative reviews, I’m seeing that some of the users have the same issue about receiving payments or that it takes too long but being that is ACH the money should arrive by now. I don’t understand what the issue is if they sent the payment I want to know what the next steps are and how can I go about getting my money because to be honest, I don’t know what to believe from them if they are actually going to pay me. I do have the conversation screenshot it and I do have the email that they sent me stating that they processed my funds. What was off about the email is that they misspelled the word redemption but I ignored it. I hope someone responds to me. Thank you

Well, if I gathered the basics correctly, in the casino account the money was successfully transferred; however, you have thus far received nothing. Can the casino provide any kind of tracking detail so you can verify the transaction on your end? That's what I would start with. If the casino uses some kind of intermediary bank, which is possible, the money can be somewhere in between... The casino should really sort that out.
