Weltbet undanhåller utbetalning på 5000

Titel: Weltbet vägrar att betala ut 5 000 euro och minskar saldot utan förklaring

Jag skulle vilja beskriva en allvarlig incident som involverade Weltbet.

Jag har löst in en bonus helt.

Omedelbart efter bonusfasen dök följande tydligt upp på sidan:

"De spelar med riktiga pengar."

Alla efterföljande spel gjordes därför från mitt saldo med riktiga pengar.

Jag vann 5 000 euro.

Jag avbröt den första betalningen på 1000 och överförde sedan 5000 - de 1000 euron var borta och lades inte till på mitt konto.

När jag begärde en utbetalning på 5000 avslogs det utan kommentar.

Kort därefter minskade mitt kontosaldo från 5 000 euro till 300 euro –

Inget e-postmeddelande, ingen förklaring, ingen avisering.

I chatten blev jag i flera dagar upprymd med uttalanden som...

"Vi kontaktar teamet" och "Vänligen vänta".

Efter att ha bett om en förklaring fick jag slutligen inget svar från supportteamet i chatten, inte ens efter att ha anslutit till chatten 20 gånger.

"Bonusmissbruk – lönerna per skott är för höga."

Denna anklagelse är falsk.

Bonusen var sedan länge avklarad,

Jag spelade bevisligen med riktiga pengar,

och insatsgränser gäller endast under bonusfasen.

Systemet självt tillät mina handlingar.

World Bet har:

– en vinst med riktiga pengar annullerad

– mitt konto har blivit manipulerat

– vägrade någon förklaring

– och först efter flera dagar framförde de en ogrundad anklagelse.

Jag blev lurad på 6000 euro.
