I'll begin by apologizing for my ignorance as the case may be, I received a promotional email from Emu Casino a couple of hours ago that started like this....

Hey Paul!

It's been a while, hasn't it?

Come and enjoy our exclusive offer to get you pumped up again: I've tried to add a screenshot showing the issue that has created confusion for me.

Are there any rules/regulations that govern this type of misleading promotion? Or should my face be red from embarrassment?

Hi, I guess the first thing I would start with is that I don't understand very well what is misleading about this one, could you please clarify it for me?

Maybe I just don't get it and I've been thinking about it for about 5 minutes but it's better if I ask.

Can you explain to me what is wrong?

Could it be that the casino says it's FS and you have to deposit for it?🙂

I don't know why they call it deposit free spins and then say that the player has to deposit there.

It's so confusing but if you have any questions you should definitely direct them to the casino and therefore support.

Anyway, to get them as described, you will have to deposit, so that's probably the most important thing to know.🙂
