People need to be aware.

I have played at Vibebet (HNA group) for 4 months.

They are utterly disgraceful. EVERY withdrawal I have done they rerequest proof of address KYC. You go through almost 3 weeks of uploading documents getting verified on sumsub and them requesting the same documents over and over.

The chat on the site is not english and copies and pastes responses making NO SENSE.

There are no responses to email and the KYC team won't respond to you.

I have had to contact sumsub!

Hello. I can see that you haven't had the best experience.

What I'm curious about is whether the casino gave you a proper explanation as to why you have to submit the same documents every time you make a withdrawal, even though your account has already been verified.

Also, when you requested your withdrawals, did you eventually receive the money?

It's been abusive.

Verified for the 5th time on the 6/08/2026 - file

Now they are refusing to process the withdrawal until yet ANOTHER PDF proof of address is uploaded. Thats now 5 different proof of addresses that have been verified by sumsub. I have nothing else.

They are literally abusing players. I have shared all this with them. They ignore it.

Well, based on the screenshot you provided, it doesn't say that they are asking you for another document. They are saying again that you are verified.

However, if you're constantly having problems and you don't know what else to do, I would recommend opening a complaint with us. I think that would be the best option if the casino keeps asking you for documents and then tells you that you're verified every time you provide them and again after that you have to send some documents.

I’m warning all players not to fall for this scam project called Vibebet.

I made a $15 deposit and increased it to $30.

Two weeks passed after I requested a withdrawal. I asked support when they would process it.

They replied that there was no set timeframe and told me to wait for an email notification.

After a long time, I received an email stating that I needed to complete verification.

I successfully completed the verification and requested the withdrawal again.

A while later, I received another email notification stating that I needed to go through verification again. Let me remind you: my verification had already been approved! There were green checkmarks everywhere!

I should clarify that the verification is handled by the Sumsub service.

Once that service approves the verification, there is no need to go through it again (I have used this service for verification many times).

The point I’m making is that this casino is a SCAM !!!!!!!!!

I’m not going to file a formal complaint over a measly $15, but I want to warn other players: stay away from this place. No one will ever pay out your winnings, even if the amount is small.

Going through verification after weeks of waiting, only to receive another verification request, understandably makes the whole process frustrating. Even for a small withdrawal, you should receive a clear explanation of what is holding it up.

There is one point worth clarifying about Sumsub: passing its checks doesn’t necessarily mean the casino will never need additional documents. However, that alone doesn’t explain why you were asked to repeat the process after everything showed as approved.

Did the latest email request exactly the same documents again, or did it specify a different document or an additional check? You can share its wording here, with your personal details removed, so we can better understand what they’re asking for.

I understand that you don’t want to pursue a formal complaint. Please let us know whether the withdrawal eventually arrives or the casino provides a clearer explanation.

Look, my casino account shows that the verification has been completed (green checkmark).

Och nu ber de om en upprepad verifiering, som redan var klar tidigare! Vilken cirkus!

I see the contradiction you’re pointing out: your account shows verification as completed, yet you’ve received another request to verify. Thanks for adding the screenshots. I can understand why you’d want a specific explanation at this point.

The missing piece is what the casino believes is still required. If their message doesn’t identify a particular document or check, they should clarify that rather than simply sending you back through verification again.

What does your latest $30 withdrawal show now: pending, cancelled, or returned to your casino balance? That would help us understand where the payment stands while you wait for a clear answer. I remember that you don’t want to file a formal complaint, and you’re welcome to keep sharing updates here.

In the same boat as this player. Managed to get a withdrawla eventually. But lost patience and ended up hitting over 1.4k on a slot. So been trying to withdraw it for a month. See attached. file. Kept cancelling crypto WD claiming an 'error' then saying had to withdraw to a different method, but they can't promise that will go through as you have to withdraw to the same method you used to deposit. Which was crypto. So stuck in this cycle. Split my last withdrawal of the whole balance to card (which they suggested) and crypto and it's pending 5 days. When I go on chat to chase and try and raise a complaint they close the chat - file

Being told to use a different payment method, then warned that it may be rejected because you deposited with crypto, leaves you without a clear way forward. The casino should confirm which method it can actually use to pay you.

Although the latest requests have been pending for five days, the repeated cancellations over the past month are part of the same withdrawal problem. Resubmitting doesn’t make that earlier waiting time irrelevant.

Did they confirm that the card withdrawal would be allowed despite your crypto deposit, or merely suggest trying it? For now, I’d leave both requests pending rather than keep changing methods.

When you mention trying to raise a complaint, do you mean directly with Vibebet, or have you also submitted this particular withdrawal issue through our Complaint Resolution Center?

I've taken action through a solicitor who has sent them a letter of claim today. If nothing is sorted in the next 7 days it goes to court.

I understand why you’ve decided to involve a solicitor after the repeated cancellations and conflicting instructions about withdrawal methods. Hopefully, the formal letter will bring a concrete response from Vibebet.

Since your solicitor is now handling this, it makes sense to follow their guidance on the deadline and any further legal steps. We cannot assess the likely court outcome here, but you’re welcome to keep us updated.

Please let us know whether the casino responds to the letter or finally processes your withdrawals. I hope you can bring this lengthy situation to a satisfactory end.

Hello, this is certainly not a positive outcome and I wonder what steps are to be taken next by the solicitor. What happens now? Was some deadline involved in the letter, please? I'm sorry if it is contained in the previous posts, of course.

To be honest, though, when solicitors get involved, casinos usually stop communicating and leave that to the proper, perhaps legal, team. Could explain the lack of recent direct responses, but I'm not saying it's ok, especially from where you stand.

They had a 7 day deadline. Expires sometime this week.

They hadn't been responding to me for the previous month.

The chat is copy and paste and very often just saying things not relevant to anything I am saying.

I assume the casino is going out of business and just hoarding deposits.

They have a CGA license but how do you contact the license provider when the website says this -

'Complaints

Complaints against de CGA, complaints against gaming operators, including claims against a gaming operator or any other concerns relating to individual operators under the supervision of the CGA, can be sent to CGA. However, please note that the CGA does not handle individual disputes between players and gaming operators. For more information, you can click here.

Complaints: complaints@cga.cw'

Ok, I'm not entirely sure whether we are on the same page here, but I thought you had that covered by the solicitor you keep mentioning; the thing is, offshore licenses rarely resolve delayed payments with players because, as you found, they interact with players indirectly. The operator is unlikely to engage with you if you involve solicitors, as any communication becomes official and limits what regular employees can say. So, perhaps the solicitor played a certain part.

In any case, I'm sure you know we provide mediator services, so I'll leave the next course of action to you. I'd say there is not much I can do at this point.

That sounds like a real headache. If you’re considering escalating the matter and drawing more attention to it, ConAlert.org might be an option to explore. I hope you’re able to recover your funds.
