So I won $500 on Mafia Casino and it’s been four days and still sitting in review. I have been asking and questioning them, which they state the three business days does not start until the withdrawal has been there for one day. So technically it’s four days. Then, yesterday when I tried to inquire about it, the disabled the chat and live chat option, and there is nothing I can do about it

Update, they have now disabled the live chat and help button on my profile, so now I can’t communicate with anyone. I don’t think that’s allowed, as it states with Anjouan gaming commission, we should have access to communication with any online gaming site. The lack of transparency, communication, and replies takes the joy out of winning.

I can see you're having trouble with your withdrawal. I would take the casino's stated withdrawal timeframe of 3–4 business days with a bit of a grain of salt, because it doesn't always work out exactly as advertised. Sometimes delays happen due to the payment provider, payment processor, or other issues behind the scenes that can slow things down.

The sad thing about this site is that when you read other reviews, the issues are the same. If other sites can upgrade their payout systems to run a bit faster, with advanced technology, why can’t they. Definitely not a way to keep players happy. And as for my withdrawal, it still hasn’t even gone through the review process to began to ask me for anything. Tomorrow will be the fourth business day, and still in review. As for the chat option, it does state in the gaming license that players should have access to support 24/7. When I even sent an email to voice my concerns, even those went unanswered, regardless of me asking why my winnings have not even budged. That is the frustrating part. Tonybet paid out my winnings of $1875 within 3 hours, jackpot city changed their payouts of e-transfer to instant, and Stake has a limit of how many withdrawals but not how much in 24hrs, but the withdrawal is less than an hour. Even Lucky Ones is in 24 hours, so why do the my choose not to make theirs a better process, why, because they want us to reverse it and play it back.

Maybe it is the case that the casino is counting on players eventually cancelling their withdrawals and losing the money, but it doesn't necessarily have to be that way. The delay could simply be part of their normal process. I've seen this happen at many casinos, and considering how many online casinos exist today, I've actually seen more cases like the one you're describing than cases where withdrawals are truly instant.

So, in the future, it might be better to expect that not every casino will process withdrawals as quickly as you would hope. Of course, on one hand I'm sorry that's the reality, but on the other hand I can understand some of the reasons why delays happen.

Whether they improve their payout system or not is entirely up to the casino. For now, we have to stay positive and hope that our team can help resolve the situation and that you receive your money. In the end, I think that's the most important thing.

Official 4th business day and still no movement on my withdrawal. First I was told the delay is the time frame, then it was being processed, then it’s been escalated, then process is in progress, to too many withdrawals and they are working on them, to now the payment process is an issue. Well if you can take my money via e-transfer instantly, what’s the hold up on their end. This shouldn’t be their first time paying someone out that way. It’s just a runaround game.
