I feel exactly like you mate,If I could find out where their offices are,I would go there and resort to violence with these disgusting bastards!! As the main mediator you claim to be,you should have the voice and tools to contact all game providers or whoever,and notify them of all these corrupt asshole casinos and do something about it! I’m sure you guys have contacts in every department of gaming and authorities,I refuse to believe you can’t help all of us get our money we are owed? How are they allowed to have access to these games if they’re so corrupt???

As you said, we are just mediators between casinos and players, though. So, we, unfortunately, are unable to do anything in such situations. Only the licensing authority and the game providers can control it.

2nd of September. And I just keep getting told the same bullshit excuse. Its defo a scam site,and I’m pretty certain we arnt gettjng our money,sadly

No chance of getting my money soon because i raised request on 8th October

I got a refund from them for my deposits and they closed my account (cancelled my withdrawal) after bimbarding them with escalation emails 🙂

Pretty quick to be honest within the day or so of emailing them constantly
