Hey all , any body had an dealings with loot casino . ? Am having a right todo with them . I have deposited .and I won And have £3000 sat in my payroll , I did not get a bonus . I have sent all docs they have asked for any my account is verified, but now loot casino have disabled my cashier and my games and they have not replied to any emails I have sent them . Shocking service if am honest any help would be appreciated ?

It's good you submitted your complaint. I must say that casino has a good reputation and just a single rejected complaint except yours. I think there is a good chance they will cooperate, I think.

I hope so . As I have done everything by the book. Frustrating there is no live chat . And had not one email back 😒

I see the live chat is a pretty common feature in the world of online gambling, so it feels a little strange when missing, I'd say. I can see Loot Casino is a smaller online casino revenue-wise. Tt may be the reason.

Anyway, please give the Complaint Team some time to investigate.

Ultracasino3 Jag vann där 200 000 polska zloty, de finns nu på mitt konto, jag skickade in alla dokument till dem, pass, adressbekräftelse, bekräftelse på min inkomst, kontoutdrag, foto, kort osv.

Men jag kan inte ta ut pengar, det står att din bank inte accepterar betalningar.... Kanske någon har stött på detta och vet

Call me paranoid, but I can't honestly decide whether you're asking for help or simply trying to somehow sell your account.

I'll start with the first part: Has your account been fully verified yet? It seems so, and that's good. In such a situation the best option is to withdraw the money by using a different payment option. Have you perhaps tried to suggest this to the casinos? Have you consulted your issues with support?

I would certainly do that.

I would not, on the other hand, (ever again) suggest selling an account. It's a scam practice.

Furthermore, this casino seems unknown, care to share its link? That would be helpful.
