Parimatch support team is repeatedly telling me in the reply that the amount should be transferred to you.I have been given a fake reference number and am being sent one. I have not received any amount in my account from this reference number. Please help me.

I am a fully KYC-verified Parimatch customer (Pleyr id 400062829



I submitted a withdrawal request for Rs. 3000 on 22/12/2025. It has been 150 days and the amount has not been credited to my bank account.



I raised multiple support tickets starting after five business days, but they keep marking the tickets as "resolved" without providing a proper resolution.



Please tell them to provide payment proof or the UTR/reference number fake for this transaction immediately so I can follow up with my bank.



If you cannot provide this, please explain why the withdrawal has not been processed and give a clear timeline for payment.



Without wasting time please invite that irresponsible goons and tell them to respond
