I had my documents verified and received a phone call verification from the Spinfinity Casino group, including Roaring 21, CasinoMax, Slotsninja, etc. I managed to win $10,390 while depositing around $100 using one of the ongoing bonuses in the cashier.


However, they confiscated my winnings and sent me this email:


Dear Maximilian,


We're sorry, but your BTC payout request of $ 4,000.00 for Account ID maxfiller346226246045 has been declined.


Transaction ID: 3126186


Reason for payout rejection:


Breach of General T&C's - Fraud/Collusion with others - Winnings removed and accounts Banned;


I did not commit any fraud, they ignore my emails

I'm sorry you have to go through this. The thing is, the casino obviously considers the matter closed and I would not expect them to respond to you regarding that. I'm not saying this is cool, but from the casino's perspective, it makes sense. 🙁
