I understand that you didn't want to get the casino into trouble, but just because you're filing a complaint doesn't necessarily mean you've gotten the casino into trouble.
As for the Pragmatic Play provider, it's not possible to file a complaint against them here. Complaints can only be filed against the casino.
So I’d like to know what this game provider did if you want to file a complaint against them.

Honestly go for it let help me get this back off the casino cause I realise im VIP there but they didnt support about my matter they kept telling bets were accounts when all 8 to 9 rounds there technical issues but they claimed otherwise when it clearly say bets not accepted and something didnt click you can bet next round. This all started three weeks ago when I didn't get paid , correct on game called dragon and tiger. Therefore I complain to them. I told them to double check the rounds that were played out of all the rounds. They found one round but I can confirm. There was 11 rounds in total that it happened on ever since that, they have given me misleading information misguided, me told me that they reimbursed me for it when they actually gave me in bonus. After that, it happened on speed, decorate 8 rounds technical issue. Then they have given me misleading information on a promotion. I've got times dates and everything for this. Promotion that they have uploaded on my page. They have deceived me into depositing on it when it was an expired promotion that they're updated onto my page with the inbox, saying it's a new promotion, I've complained straight away, because I asked one of their live chats to add that promotion a deposited wait for them to edit. They came back and told me that was inspired promotion. They tried blaming me for not checking the date sometimes but I have told them. I'm illiterate i have stated with them that the promotion was uploaded onto the main page. It's in my inbox as a new promotion. Therefore, I don't have to check The Times and dates. It's been uploaded to my page for the reason for me to use they\n Did not fix anything up for me, they haven't done nothing haven't supportingly throughout this journey of mine these last 2 weeks that this has been happening to me that ticked me off the chap, because I said one stupid comment out of frustration. They have not supported me throughout these. Errors and issues. I just don't know what to do. I'm so frustrated I'm so over it eliminate, if you guys can get anything back for me, if not just close all the cases
Please, I know this is important to you, but spamming the forum or sending Tomas emails won’t help. Just write one post where you say everything that needs to be said. There’s no need to keep repeating yourself and sending me the same thing over and over.
