Hello my name is Dan . I have a little over $12k in winnings on slots and casino . I’ve been trying to withdraw the weekly limits ($2500) and have been asked for identify proof and documentation to be approved for withdrawals . I did all that was asked and was approved and cleared for withdrawals . I get an email saying that my first payment which was approved and cleared was reversed to my slots and casino account ! Now they are telling me they have escalated fix the issue and will take 72hrs before I get an update. What’s going on with paying my winnings!! They are taking deposits faster than a blink of an eye but make it so difficult to withdraw any money back

What explanation did they give you for doing so, though? Was it some kind of technical issue, perhaps?🤔
