Jag vann 1902, - på slotjoint och ville att det skulle betalas ut, levererade alla dokument och plötsligt borde jag ha lagt fram alla dokument på engelska! Efter ett e-postmeddelande annullerade de betalningen och minskade mina vinster till 90 euro! Jag tycker att det är extremt kriminellt och kommer också att rapportera detta !!!

Oh it's cleared up simple as that close my account don't deal with casino like that, it just down right B.S. yes I understand a no about people trying to ripe the casino off but it's near impossible with technology today, my case has nothing to do with I'm trying to rip the casino off or nothing to do with KYC, this was me deposit my own money and winning a $1000.00 and wanting to cash out but they said I had to wager first before I cash out.
