It's certainly not nice to wait and not know anything from the casino, but unfortunately it's the casino's own fault if they don't respond.
Also the safety index is - low, which at the beginning makes me think that this casino is not the best choice and that there could be some issues.
So we have nothing to do but to be patient and wait and see how it all turns out and what our team will find out.
