I’m currently getting the excessive run around with this sham of a Casino when trying to withdraw. Latest update is I should just wait there is no timeframe for when I should expect funds to arrive in my bank account. I really don’t think they have been transferred even after I was emailed saying withdrawal was successful and being processed. I’m stuck talking to some smart ass customer service via live chat who is now just being antagonistic with comments like "sorry so what your issue again" after I have argued for 20mins about it already also they closed my account this seems odd ?

if you have experienced similar with NEOSPIN could you please advise how I should proceed

No I keep getting nonsense replies that it hasn’t been processed and it’s my banks problem, another good one was "there is no time frame as to when expect it" it’s been 7 days since approval but many more since requested they kept coming up with new reasons to cancel my withdrawal request. They shut my account down without warning after I pointed out that the practices of NeoSpin were questionable given the fact that legally they are not permitted to provide services to Australian residents. Oh and they told me I still had an amount to wedge when in fact I didn’t but it was huge so I just dropped the amount to meet their new requirement . They also scammed me out of winning a telegram comp because I asked why withdrawals were so hard. I was then banned and realised that is actually won. I have several screen shots from chatting with vip that show how hideous their customer service team are and in my opinion blatantly ripping off customers

Update 😑

I have again requested written confirmation that the transfer has indeed taken place (100%) has not !

the new excuse is there is a "technical error" but they do not have any details of what this apparent error is and still no answer as to when I can expect my funds to be returned.

I also received an answer to why my account was suspended then closed without any notice. The answer was that I was illegally using the site as they aren’t licensed to provide here and that it’s my fault I pretty much should have done said research before signingfilefilefilefilefile up 🤯🤯🤯 wow See attachment of online advertising that is clearly targeted to Australians. How this pit of deception and pinnacle of immoral conduct of a casino can go on is astounding!

They accepted me my address was provided so they knew exactly where I was from when I started questioning their concerning practice (withholding wins) I was intentionally lied to when they claimed my withdrawal had been sent and it was now my banks problem, I knew this was absolutely absurd and a bare faced lie I requested proof of payment being sent which of course the could not provide as it had never been sent, my account was then closed with approximately $800aud pending approval for withdrawal after I pointed out they should not even be accepting Australian players I would like to take my complaint as far as I can and will also be willing to share my story with media outlets so to warn others and push for a reform of these hideous thieving casinos

I even have proof that they admitted they had in fact sent money and that it was an issue with my bank they also requested if I had another form of payment that they could you to pay into? Why request this if money had been sent already? Also when I said I have crypto acc they refused to pay into that … why again ask for alternative methods

Jag hoppas att du har mycket tur i så fall. Jag hade också problem med Casino Casinia; de avvisade mina uttag och gav samma ursäkt att min bank inte accepterade betalningarna.
