They stated that they dont have access to it but I sent it multiple ways changed a settings and messaged them again with all selfies and photos pdfs attached onto the same email. And they finally approved my documents, ect. My account is finally verified and I've been waiting since 6:30 am central time for the approval of my 100$ max per day withdrawal (wasnt aware of the small amount was max per 24hrs either) . It's still pending for approval and hopefully by morning it can process so I can wait another day or so for it to hit my account. But I still am iffy on it but crossing my fingers they pay me.

I have been fighting with this casino for almost 2 weeks to keep my redemption. First they told me I had to submit to further verification although I had already been verified on their site. The verification proccess were ridiculous requests that I had to continue to submit over n over again. After a week and a half of back and forth BS they finally said I was verified and could proceed with my redemption so I went to the site and submitted again my redemption only to recieve another email saying it would take 24 hours, That was 3 days ago. So I emailed them this morning and was again told it was gonna take another 24-72 hours.

You know it's kinda hard to hate Cashoomo casino when the games hit so hard and the chat reps are so nice. So I've just accepted that it's $100 a day to look on the bright side and make that a daily withdrawal for the rest of my life! Lol I deposited $11 got 26 total sc. Turned it into 1000 by the time verification (which it seems everyone goes thru the wringer the way I did) was thru i had given back 400. I cashed out 100 today still have 300 left. $11 deposit???!! I ain't mad at em. If everybody spread the word about the loose slots then maybe they could pay us quicker! Lol

I am extremely frustrated with this company. The entire withdrawal process is a waste of time and makes anyone just trying to access their winnings feel like a complete loser. Nowhere did it mention that anything over $100 would require you to submit a withdrawal in $100 increments, with each one taking up to 24 hours to process.


They tell you that you can submit your next request after 24 hours, but that’s not the case. You must wait until the first $100 is processed before you can submit another one. In reality, you could end up waiting up to five days for each $100 to be processed, which makes the whole process incredibly slow and frustrating.


I submitted my request on Saturday, and it’s now Tuesday, yet the first $100 is still pending. This means I can’t withdraw any additional funds, and I haven’t even received the original $100. The company claims the delay is due to their payment provider, but I’ve never encountered such a limitation before. It feels like I’ll be waiting weeks just to cash out a few hundred dollars. This entire experience has been a complete joke.


There should be some kind of warning that if you went over $100 don’t think you can withdraw fast this is no better than any other website that takes 5 to 10 business days for the whole amount I’d rather wait this long for the whole amount instead of having to come back and check every day before I can submit the next one what a waste of my time for me and any other person out thereyou go do these for entertainment you don’t do this to be irritated and waste your time

Hey, I saw that it's a sweepstakes casino, if I saw correctly. They probably have slightly different rules than normal casinos.

In any case, the limit of 100 is quite low. Have you received any withdrawals from there before? 

From what I've seen, they shouldn't have such a low limit. Did you check somewhere in the terms and conditions what their daily limit is? Or did they adjust it for you somehow?

I'm sorry this is for Cashoomo Casino. No they never refunded me anything. Just took it out a 2nd time is all. I am not in violation of any of their terms. I have not had a problem with redemptions on any other casino at all whatsoever. They said which 2 terms it was so I went & read them again & nope I'm not in violation. And to tell someone that they will have no further discussions about the matter when there hasn't even been 1 yet is very bad customer service. That's flat out rude. They finally just stopped replying to my emails. I got frustrated & just gave up which is what they want I'm sure. I was afraid if I kept on they might deduct the money once again as they did the 1st time. This casino is horrible!

Why didn't you come up with an answer a little sooner? Did you consider filing a complaint, and we would look into it if you say you didn't break anything? Maybe we could help.

But if you don't have anything there I mean money, then we probably won't be able to help.

And that they would refund the money I paid to play. Instead they took the money out a 2nd time! They did respond once to tell me I needed to wait like 10 days to receive the refund but they had to investigate the 2nd transaction. Even though I had sent my bank statements for proof. After the 10 days they never responded again. Ive never had any trouble with any other casino, so why this 1? Cause they're a fraud!

Never mind, maybe you could try filing a complaint with us if there is still some money left, or do you have any proof?

As for the second transaction, do you have anything to verify the transaction so that it doesn't leave your account immediately? Have you contacted the bank about what happened?

Well, if they didn't tell you anything about it, you can file a complaint with us 14 days after the withdrawal request, and we'll try to help.

This limit is very low, so that's why I asked if they made it special for you.

Did you end up getting it all redeemed? I hit for 7500 off a 1.2 spin and hoping I can get it redeemed without to much of a struggle. Also did they ever increase your max payout?

Faktum är att väldigt få kasinon betalar ut vinster ärligt, många väntar så länge som möjligt, 5 dagar på att begära dokumenten, 5 dagar till på att behandla ett uttag och 5 dagar till för betalningsleverantören att göra insättningen på ditt konto.
