How to get my money from Ninewin. I just had a declined in the payment and requested another one for a 1000 pounds. Why does it seems to be so dodgy that website. I need help please!

They will probably hit you with clause 4.2 in their terms and conditions which states the players from the UK are not allowed to play for real money as the UK is a restricted juratiction. They are a untrustworthy casino anyway but even though you are verified they won't pay because of that clause alone. However I would submit one more withdrawal request and see how you get on. Romi, after going back and forth with them for 3-4 days I can confirm according to my NineWin account it is showing now that it’s paid. However no money in my bank account yet so will update later today when it should go in.

4.2 of their terms and conditions state the UK players can't bet for real money and any winnings will be void, even though they verify you You can ask them for your deposits back stating that they fully verified you to play. That's what I did or instigate a charge back against them with your bank saying they took your payments fraudulently
