Hello, so did you win with some bonus you received or was it some ingame FS you managed to win and used to upload money? 

The casino did not discuss anything with you and just blocked your account?

Do you mean that the casino has blocked your account with your winnings in it and didn't inform you about the reason?

Try to check your email address, including the spam folder, for some emails from them and let us know, please, if you were any successful.

If not, maybe filing the complaint would be a good move, as Jaro already suggested.
