My two verified accounts has been locked with a big amount without any reason.
My 2 accounts with balance of 6000BDT has been locked without any reason and without any notice.

Just to avoid misunderstandings, creating more than one account in one casino is per 99% a violation of its rules. Since you are just one person with one identity, only one account per person. So, I hope you had just one account in two casinos.
Has this occurred at Pin-UP, please? I spot your complaint, and it sounds like it may be related to this post.

Those accounts was opened my wife and her mother and verified successfully. When they won a lot pinup has locked their accounts. Yes pin-up is scamming with the users and thieving the money from the locked accounts.

It's that you said both accounts were yours, so I thought it would be good to explain how things work in casinos. Now you say the situation is different. It is always better to mention all associated details sooner that the casino brings that to light as a surprice.
