Complaint has disapeared from sote

Complaint ID:17910 has just disapeared was a justified complaint about 4crowns casino who have stolen my withdrawal like total criminals

It was a new complaint becuaee they have now told me they are not paying me, for no reason what so ever and they have taken the winnings from my account. They refuse to answer emails. This is trully criminal and needs to be stopped

And they still sending me emails asking me to play!?!

Anyway I understand it now and have reopened old case if allowed - just would have been nice to be informed as have been waiting
