Gamba.com Player Complaint Over $3,401 Held After Alleged Betting Syndicate Activity Hello,

We would like to report an unresolved case involving Gamba.com and the confiscation of a player's entire USD 3,401 balance following a permanent account ban.

The player explains that the platform initially gave "sports abuse" as the reason for the suspension. Gamba later reportedly changed the allegation to "multi account sports abuse," claiming the player was connected to a betting syndicate involving more than five accounts.

The player firmly rejects the claims and insists that they have never operated multiple accounts on Gamba.

According to the complaint, requests for evidence, identification of the specific Terms and Conditions allegedly breached, and justification for confiscating the deposited funds and remaining balance have not received satisfactory answers.

Support allegedly stated that deposits would normally be returned but claimed that the suspected syndicate activity was an exception.

The player also reports that withdrawals are disabled because their USDT wallet is temporarily locked, while casino slot wagering continues to be available despite the permanent ban.

A formal complaint has already been submitted, and the player says they can provide relevant conversations with support, account screenshots, payment records and betting history.

We are asking Gamba to review the circumstances, disclose evidence supporting the accusations and arrange the return of the full USD 3,401.
