Good point.

In my opinion, the problem is that it takes more than a few unresolved complaints or a few with significant disputed amounts.

630 blackpoint won't lower the whole Safety Index; it's math.

(Therefore, we always ask players to read the entire review, which includes unresolved complaints displayed on the same landing page.)

Rich Palms are another casino in this same group I've unfortunately found out.

If only I had seen this post before playing there.

They only pay $200 per week.

No idea why they have such positive reviews here.

Maybe because they pay the first payout request ok, then pull this:

"As outlined in the casino terms and conditions, which you accepted during account verification, we reserve the right to issue payments in installments. The size of each installment is determined by your gaming and deposit activity."

As a fellow Aussie, I appreciate this. Thank you for sharing and sorry for the experience.

That's a pretty bad limit, I would say, and can they even put that 200 limit on some installments? Or can the casino put the entire withdrawal on installments? It's not pleasant, I understand that, but sometimes you have to read the terms and conditions before you deposit money.

I believe that this would prevent many players from experiencing unpleasant situations.

You really think a "we reserve the right to pay you whatever we feel like" term is defensible?

I had the same situation with this group, after depositing heaps finally got a decent win, then they pay you once or twice and immediately cut you down to a couple hundred bucks a week, getting less and less as time goes on.

Perhaps it is a tactic to make the player lose as much money as possible in a certain period of time. It would not be the first time this has happened. However, as long as it is written in the Terms, it is difficult to do anything about it.

We take such things into account in our review and penalize them with a lower safety index.

I wouldn't be surprised if, for example, 50k had to be in smaller amounts, but if there was a withdrawal of, say, 1000 in smaller amounts, that probably says it all.

So I'm more on your side.

If you have a problem with the casino not paying you, you can contact us and file a complaint. Just hang in there and definitely don't gamble with your money.
