Hi Friends,

I participated in the free slot tournament on BetBrain.com and achieved 3rd place on the leaderboard, with a prize of $20. However, it has been 3 weeks now, and I have not received any email or update regarding the reward.

I also contacted the support team about a week ago, but I have not received any response from them yet.

Could you please let me know what I should do next?

I participated in BetBrain’s social tournament where I played a Bgaming slot game. After winning, I emailed their support team three days later. They replied asking me to wait about a week due to a high workload. However, even after two weeks, I didn’t receive any response. I emailed them again, but they still haven’t contacted me.

I think I’d probably file a complaint at our place while waiting for the winnings if it’s been two weeks already. I know that, for example, even when we have our tournaments and send Amazon vouchers to players, it doesn’t happen right away, and we have to wait until the vouchers arrive so we can send them out to the players. I think two weeks is the point where I’d really like to see some progress.

So, like I said, I’d file a complaint, and if nothing gets resolved, our team would try to help you.
