I opened account to one of Mga licens casino. When I registered and made a first deposit, or never after that, there was not offered anykind of possibility to set depositlimits or even mentioned where those could find if needed.

By the Mga regulations casino must offer the possibility to set limits before the first deposit. Can I make a complaint?


"During the player registration process, or before the first deposit, operators must provide players with the opportunity to set either deposit limits or wagering limits and ensure that the ability to set limits always remains available and easily accessible."

Hello, I get what you are saying and your perspective makes sense.

From a more practical point of view, what matters most is whether the casino actually offers those limits to players. Are those offered or mentioned in the rules?

If those limits are not available and the player feels he needs them to stay safe, he should probably find a casino with such an offer.

Those limits are not always present. Hence, I guess that, from this perspective, the responsibility lies on both sides.

Maybe you can inform the licensing authority about this, since I understand you cited their requirements.

You may, of course, submit a complaint, but we can step in based on casino rules and when concrete money is involved in the form of a voided balance or delayed withdrawal.
