Saturday, before last (09/23/23) I was asked to verify, as usually needed, to collect my winnings. They said it would be 3-5 days and I've sent the proper documents, twice or three times now, and it's been over a week. I understand that if the casino gives you a deadline for account verification and doesn't meet it, it doesn't make you feel comfortable and it may not be a problem on your side at all. Has the casino responded within KYC what is the problem if the documents are not yet accepted ?
