Jag bor i Schweiz men är inte schweizisk medborgare. Först har jag en konstig upplevelse med casino licensierade i Schweiz (långa kunder) på grund av uttag nyligen (mitt betalkort har en insättningsgräns, det kan inte ta ut pengar till mitt betalkort - min bank säger att jag inte har någon insättningsgräns) njn det är som att jag inte kommer spela där längre...

Men så bestämde jag mig för att gå med kryptocasino...Insats

Tyvärr informerade jag mig inte i förväg ....rapporterade inbetalt (spelade med VPN) och nu ....konto blockerat......

Support...inget....pengar finns i det men jag kan inte göra någonting....

Sounds like the casino is working on the verification. I know you feel like nothing is happening, but I would wait for a few more days. No one can speed up the process for you, you know?

Remind the casino occasionally, yet stay patient. I have to say we allow casinos 14 full days for the whole verification untill we step in through the complaint. This is a well-established casino, thus I'd like to think the verification will be done soon enough.

Så efter 8 dagar fick jag ett mail och jag vet inte vad jag ska göra härnäst....

1 nivå verifiering

Jag måste ge rätt adress.

Jag gav adressen, men jag kan inte hitta landet. (Schweiz är inte med i urvalet)

2:a stegsverifiering

Foto på båda sidor av det officiella dokumentet + selfie med dokumentet + datum och kontonamn.

Har jag skickat officiell handling (uppehållshandling är samma som ID) - accepteras inte

You Wohlen Passport...tyvärr är jag tjeckisk medborgare så jag har bara ett CZ Passport så jag tror inte att det kommer att accepteras heller eftersom jag bor i Schweiz och inte har någon CZ-adress.

3 och 4 nivå verifiering

Accepterade jag inte skickade ett kontoutdrag och accepterade inte ett lönebesked (sista).

Så jag vet inte exakt vad jag ska göra längre....jag har ca 560 euro på mitt konto och tror inte jag får det längre....

Hur som helst, du spelade någonstans du inte borde ha och jag antar att du använde VPN för att överhuvudtaget kunna sätta in och spela. Det är ingen bra idé. På så sätt gick du förbi restriktioner, om casinot har några och du fick spela från ett förbjudet land.

Jag är mycket rädd att du inte kommer att klara verifieringen och att du inte kommer att få vinsterna.

Ärligt talat så finns det nog inte så mycket att säga om det här. Kontrollera alltid i förväg om casinot i fråga accepterar spelare från det land där du bor och har ett ID eller pass - och om du tänker använda ett VPN, ta reda på om du kan - helst genom att fråga i chatten.

Du kommer definitivt inte att förstöra någonting genom att göra det.

I'm also afraid that if you didn't provide the correct info about yourself, you won't pass the verification. Usually, if you can't find your country on the list, it almost certainly means that it's restricted.

What can I say, I'm sorry you had to learn this rule the hardest way. It may be convenient to rely on streamers to register in an unknown casino without any checks or doubts, yet rules remain rules - those should be read.
