No it's a live chat, they just give the standard scripted responses that the finance department will update me via email.
I requested the payout on November 16. They said it could take up to 10 days.
I had been asking if my account was fully verified but no answers until yesterday that they confirmed it was verified. (And where I have proof that they confirmed it)
I think I'm most frustrated because I've since won 2 more times. I have the $80 that was requested on Nov 16. $50 I requested on November 18. And a 3rd payout of $100.
I keep winning but I need to get paid so that I know whether or not I should continue to gamble with this casino.

if your account has been already verified, and the casino is not able to let you know what seems to be the matter with your withdrawal, I would submit a complaint. It's a good call in case you feel that the casino is not cooperating so the problem seems to be far from solved and you can't progress on your own.

Unfortunately, I did not check the reviews on this casino. I usually play on a different site. But I decided to check this one out one night when I was bored. Thankfully I only spent $25. I don't play with bonuses so I was not attracted by that. I won't make the mistake of not checking reviews again. I play on the same 2 or 3 online casinos and I have never had any issues getting paid until now. So in the future I will stick with what I know.

Apparently when I made the $25 deposit to verify my accounts , I did not play through the requirements of that amount. I just spun a few spins and then put in the withdrawal request for $80.00.
I didn't get this information from them until late January . I had chatted with support very often thru those 3-4 months & I was giving it one more shot!
Good luck, I feel like they may actually payout eventually but you have got to watch those playthrough requirements on deposits also.
