Average time for Review

Hello,

I submitted a complaint, and I was just wondering what the usual time frame that it takes until it either passes or is rejected.

I understand things change based on how many submissions you have, etc.

Hi, it's usually reviewed within 24 hours during the working days, but if you submit your complaint on Friday afternoon or Saturday, some of them are processed on Sunday, but some of them on Monday. It also depends on the individual case. Some of them are more complicated so the agents prefer to discuss it first with a supervisor before they send the 1st reply.
