Has anyone recieved a cash reward for being a loyal patron to a casino, then won some money and denied cash out request and labeled a bonus abuser?

If so, well, I have a bad feeling about the conclusion. Also, be sure we are not on the side of any casino. Mind the information given, please.
A complaint submitted through our Resolution Center is not a court hearing. We keep business standards in mind while resolving issues.

If what you are saying is true, if there is any truth at all to what you are saying then you would side with me. It is an obvious choice. Since you guys have taken sides with the casino on the matter it is more than clear who's side you're on. This issue has brought your true intent to light. You guys are a bi product of the casino, a controlled opposition. The casino robbed me and you guys played me. Just because you guys pretend doesn't make it so. Know that.

I empathize with your feelings. Let me just say that I am not supposed to side with anybody - I'm just an admin/moderator here. Despite what you now believe, our complaint team is also neutral. But sometimes, the casino is right. The explanation has been given many times.
Mind this one, for instance:
"I really would like to help you, but there is a difference between your story and the game logs. Usually, if this situation happens, the game logs are considered correct.
Even when I checked your story and did the math, if you won from real money or bonus money, it was clear that you lost all real money before you won a big winning and build up your balance. The casino still acted correctly when they capped the winnings.
I know that the bonus was there but I would have hit regardless of the bonus, because I would have deposited again at that time, if I had no funds.
I cannot build a case based on the assumption that if you did not get the bonus, you would win with a hypothetical real money deposit.
I am very sorry, but we must reject your case."
