Fake Casino Guru social media profiles and email offers that resemble our own newsletters or email designs are also still fairly common. Please pay special attention when you are receiving Complaint Team responses, since we are aware that scammers still try to get passwords or any other details by faking our email templates. Posting reminder from the Complaint Team: Casino Guru will never ask you to make payments or grant access to your accounts in order to complete KYC on your behalf. If anyone claims to be from Casino Guru and requests such information, do not share anything with them. All communication from us will be through this official complaint thread or the official email addresses provided in your case. Please always check the domain of any email you receive and verify that it truly comes from us. You can confirm this by clicking on your complaint resolver’s profile. If you notice anything suspicious, don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. Thank you for your patience, and stay safe.

Hi, the major part of team is based in Bratislava and Banska Bystrica (Slovakia). Bratislava office consists mainly from developers, affiliate team, designers, PR, Finance department etc., while Banska Bystrica team is focused on player complaints and casino reviews + regular updates.

Anyway, we have a few members in Czech Republic and then many external copywriters, translators and casino testers who are based everywhere around the world.

As I had to cancel my trip to Ukraine earlier this year (for obvious reasons) I still plan to go around in central Europe at some point, the classic ToDo for this is :

  • Czech Republic/Prague
  • Hungary/Budapest.

But is a stop in the middle to Bratislava or elsewhere in Slovakia worth the trip 😀 ?

Can you please tell me why your site gives Mr. Bet such a perfect reputation? When you read the reviews the majority of them are negative and yet they have 9.6 out of ten. Is the casino compensating Casino Guru for positive reviews or what? I was scammed by Mr. BET and many other people were as well. Please stop giving them such a positive reputation it is not accurate.
