Delayed Withdrawal - Unreliable Site

I would like to report this site: https://www.theslotz5.co/ for untrustworthiness. I have requested a withdrawal since September 13th and the withdrawal is still pending. I have also contacted the support staff three times and the answers are always the same. They send me premeditated long texts mentioning that my withdrawal has been going through safety procedures, even though my account has been verified successfully. Today, it's Friday and they still haven't given me any money. They also mention that they do not process withdrawal during the weekend. Please, help.

I wouldn’t look at it too negatively just yet. A week is already some time, of course, but it’s still not anything extreme. We normally give casinos up to 14 days to process a withdrawal before we step in and try to help.

The only explanation you’ve received so far seems to be that the withdrawal is going through some kind of "safety procedures." I’m not entirely sure what they mean by that, although casinos do sometimes manually review withdrawals. If you’re already fully verified, though, I wouldn’t expect that to drag on for too long.

So personally, I’d give them a little more time. I know that’s probably not what you want to hear, but if nothing moves forward during this week, then I’d consider submitting a complaint with us so our team can look into it. How does that sound?

The withdrawal has been successfully executed. Nevertheless, the casino doesn't give any specific information when you ask them. Even though I received my money after 9 days, I would still consider it of lower priority. Moreover, my account is fully verified. Don't trust this casino.

Sometimes there may simply be an ordinary delay and not much for the casino to explain. If they had to give a detailed explanation for every single delay, it probably wouldn’t always make much sense either. But that’s just one possibility that comes to mind, and it doesn’t necessarily mean that was the case here.

The important thing is how it ended, you received your money. Now you can decide for yourself whether you want to continue playing there or rather use another casino.🙂
