What's the longest they can make you wait for a withdrawl if you are already verified? For me its been 10 days with one weekend plus this weekend

Hello, we give casinos exactly 14 days, so I have a feeling you're already within that period. The casino should be able to send you money within this time once you are verified. 

However, where is this situation happening to you ? Have you even tried to ask why you don't have your money yet ?
