I have received your email regarding the permanent closure of my account Since you have provided no specific reason for withholding my funds and closing my account, I am now forced to escalate this matter to the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission (or Curacao) and eCOGRA.

I request you to release my remaining balance of 250000 immediately. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will proceed with formal legal and regulatory action.

first of all, kindly stop creating new threads about the same situation; we can peacefully continue here. Thus, your recent posts were deleted.

Secondly, please stop providing all your personal information on public forums; you have been doing that the whole time. It is not secure.

Lastly, you've filed over 10 complaints about this very same issue, which we've said is beyond resolution. Mediators actually explained all that to you a few times.

We are unable to help you, and further requests will not change this. I understand you believe that complaint is equal to resolution, but it is not always possible, especially when the issues raised have already been addressed and no further action can be taken.

Please accept the current state of things. Posting duplicate complaint requests here on the forum will only get your account restricted.
