Hey everyone,


I currently have an active complaint filed here on Casino.guru and wanted to ask the community about their experience with the mediation process and response times.


My complaint was assigned to a mediator relatively quickly which I appreciated. However the pace of engagement since then has been very slow. I have responded to every question posed to me within hours, yet I am waiting several days between replies. The questions being asked also feel like they are retreating from the core issues I already thoroughly documented in my initial complaint rather than moving things forward.


I want to be clear — I am not criticizing Casino.guru as a platform, I genuinely believe in what they are doing here and appreciate the service. I am simply trying to understand if this pace of engagement is typical.


Is it normal to wait several days between mediator responses?

How long does the full process typically take from submission to resolution?


Is there anything I can do as a player to help move things along?

Any advice from players who have been through this process would be greatly appreciated. Any feedback from Casino.guru would be as well.
