BetLabel voided my winning bets AFTER the match finished, claiming their "agent mispriced the odds." Both bets were placed and accepted normally, at odds that were live on the site for anyone to see — not some obviously broken price. The events played out, I won, and only then did they decide the odds were "wrong" and refunded stakes instead of paying out.
This is a common tactic: accept the bet when it's a loser, void it when it's a winner. If odds were genuinely mispriced, that should've been caught and corrected before kickoff, not after settlement in the punter's favor.
Requested proof of the actual pricing error and the specific T&C clause being invoked — got a generic copy-paste response. Would not recommend if you expect winning bets to actually be honored.
