Hi,


I’d like to share a situation I encountered on BETANO ROMANIA. 


I had a monthly deposit limit of 500 lei.

I lowered this limit to 250 lei, and after a few days, I was allowed to deposit 500 lei again. This reduction in the limit is supposed to take effect immediately (that’s what the live chat representatives told me). 


A few days later, I was again allowed to deposit 250 lei. 


This happened a month ago. I reported this error but haven’t received any response since then. What should I do?

I'd say that if the casino has been in touch with you but isn't paying out, I'd try asking them again and give them a detailed description of what's going on, explaining that you set it up that way and would like it to stay that way.

But if no one responds, then it’s hard to do anything about it, and I personally would probably open a complaint with us.

Maybe our team will be able to work something out with you and the casino.

The Live Chat people answer me and tell me that it's none of their business and that it's a separate department, but the answer is slow to appear. However, it's been more than a month

Well, it’s all well and good that it falls under a different department, but since the casino is a single entity, they should be concerned about it. After all, it’s unacceptable that they have a limit in place but it can’t be used because they don’t know how to apply it.

So, as I said, if you want, you can open a complaint with us.
