Jag har tagit ut 15 000 euro via Jeton-plånboken. Normalt tar uttaget 24 timmar. Så här skriver de. Sedan den 22 november, när uttagsbegäran gjordes och godkändes, står det att transaktionen behandlas. Har väntat på bekräftelse från betalningssystemet i 7 dagar nu. I otaliga mejl säger de att betalningsavdelningen gör allt de kan för uttaget men jag måste vänta minst 15 dagar och de informerar mig inte om problemet utan säger bara åt mig att vänta och de behandlar det fortfarande.

No verifacitation.My account is verified.I have made 2 withdraws by e wallet jeton .10000 and 5000 euros from 22 november.Normally thay say that in 24h money is account.But it has stuck.I have send 57 e mails and tell me the same thing I have call them rtwice they have no answerPlease read
