Things were ok to begin with but then it became obvious they were lagging my games and countering my bets and also glitching so that it would make me lose due to it being on auto mode. I have videos that I can’t seem to load here right now that show some strange stuff. These photos are only a few of what the total would be, somewhere in the 1000s or tens of thousands even, my bets were larger for a while from $1-$20 but these photos were only 30c-80c bets. So I could only imagine.

Their excuse would be ‘probably fair’ & prove otherwise. Or ‘clear cache’, which I do everytime now. My net speed and connection is fine and was fine the other week and then they seemed to of marked me. They are cheating. Also when I write to support they won’t reply until I get off but then I log back in and they say the same thing everytime. No response from me so chat closed. Do you also see any similarities?

Just to be sure is this also a game developed directly by the casino, right? Meaning there is no licensed game provider we could turn to for logs, perhaps?

But I may have missed something important, still, this really complicated situation, and I hope there is some way to figure the issue out. 🤞🤞🤞

Um wow no not entirely, they haven’t stolen like that complaint. Kind of just lagging the games for their computers to have that extra second to counter my bets in advance? And under paying the payouts.

The unfair loses would be in the 10s of thousands, I was betting larger when I picked up on it. I should of wrote at least $3000 but $500 was the lowest I supposed I could prove

So technically, more like a very persistent bug. Well, I'm almost sure no one will alter your game session in real time. That would be technically quite challenging in my opinion. Pardon my dumb question - what made you keep betting if the game was obviously lagging?

Furthermore "I was betting larger when I picked up on it." I would personally inform the casino support or chat immediately and stop playing.

It would be interesting to see in which direction the complaint will lead. Honestly, I'm done speculation, instead, I wish you a fair ending.

I find it very interesting that your account was accessed from the same IPs as grantbett22 frequently in the past. Furthermore, based on your unjustified complaint through which you acted quite similar to banned user grantbett22, (offensive behavior and so on) we concluded this is not just a pure coincidence. Actually, we consider such steps as fraud attempts.

We also won't tolerate anyone who aims to create fabricated debates here on the forum to spread negative vibes.

Subject: 5000+ TRX Balance and 20 Months of Affiliate Income Withheld by BC.Game


I have been a loyal member, supporter, and promoter of BC.Game for more than four years and have brought over 600 global referrals to the platform.


For the past 20 months, my account has remained locked, and my current balance of more than 5000 TRX along with 20 months of affiliate income has been withheld. This is despite receiving official assurances from BC.Game through X (Twitter) that the matter would be resolved.


I was accused of self-referrals, yet no evidence has ever been provided to support these allegations. I am fully willing to undergo any verification process required to prove my legitimacy.


During this period, I have tried every possible communication channel, including email, Telegram, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and Trustpilot. Unfortunately, I have received only copy-paste responses without any meaningful investigation or resolution. When I raised my concerns in the official Telegram group, my messages were deleted and I was removed from the group. Since then, I have been largely ignored across almost all social media platforms.


What makes this situation even more disappointing is that several permanently blocked accounts have recently been restored and their funds released, while long-term supporters and promoters like myself continue to be ignored.


I respectfully request BC.Game to release my full balance, outstanding affiliate income, and all funds owed to me without further delay. Treating long-term supporters and promoters in this manner is deeply disappointing and damages trust in the platform.

Best to say that even referral programs obviously have some rules. In any case, since the topic is about referrals while the majority of players posting here are casino clients, I dare to say a forum focused on affiliate marketing would be a better option.

I have not committed any act that would justify the closure of my account. To this day, no verifiable evidence has been presented to support the allegations made against me, nor have I been given a fair opportunity to effectively defend myself.


On April 3, 2026, I was officially assured by BC.Game on X (Twitter) that only verification was required to resolve the matter, and I immediately expressed my full willingness to comply. I was prepared then, and I remain fully prepared today, to undergo any form of verification. Despite this clear assurance, the promise has not been honored, and my case has not been handled in a fair manner.


I am requesting the return of my 5,000+ TRX current balance and my affiliate earnings for the past 20 months, as I was officially assured regarding these funds and earnings.


The reality is that it feels as though I am being punished for years of supporting and promoting BC.Game. Recently, several permanently blocked accounts belonging to members of the Pakistani community were restored and their funds returned, and I personally know those individuals. However, it is deeply concerning that those who actively supported and promoted BC.Game appear to have been excluded. I can point to multiple individuals who promoted BC.Game, yet their accounts and funds have still not been restored.


If there is genuine evidence of any violation of the referral program rules, it should be presented before an independent mediator or an appropriate forum. Mere allegations are not evidence, and declaring someone guilty without providing verifiable proof is not justice.


I am not asking for any special treatment. I am simply requesting a fair, transparent, and evidence-based review, along with the full return of my 5,000+ TRX current balance and my legitimate affiliate earnings accumulated over the past 20 months. Therefore, I dare to say that it really won't help you much if you keep posting about referral issues on this forum. This is closer to an affiliate problem; those matters are discussed at affiliate forums. We at Casino Guru focus on fairness tied to winnings and associated payouts. No referral deals included.

I also have no insight regarding the Pakistani community, but every player from any country is welcome to complain about any casino, just like you did.

Well, I'm sorry we cannot help. Just as said, the referral program surely has its rules and even a common player is limited by each casino rules. This case is recent but unsupported based on the casino's findings. Using the same IP address and device as other associated accounts is always a risk; when those accounts also use the same referral, it's really an issue.

Therefore, no further proofs are required as long as such activity occurred across many accounts related to you. That's why the winnings and the commission gains were voided, right?

I hardly see any relevance to the Pakistani community that you seem to be focused on. It's primarily about your account and related activities.

One more very important question is: Do the two official assurances given by BC.Game on X (Twitter) have no credibility at all? If the company's own public assurances can simply be ignored without explanation, then how can users be expected to trust any official statement made by BC.Game?


Furthermore, BC.Game representative Martin stated in his email that there was no balance in my account. However, the reality is that more than 5,000 TRX was present in my account at that time. This is a serious contradiction that raises significant concerns about the accuracy of BC.Game's records, the professionalism of its investigation, and the reliability of the conclusions reached in my case.


If a company cannot accurately state something as fundamental as the balance in a customer's account, then on what basis should its other allegations be accepted without independent evidence?


Unfortunately, instead of asking BC.Game to explain these obvious inconsistencies, you appear to have accepted their version of events without requiring them to provide verifiable evidence. A truly impartial mediator should hold both parties to the same standard of proof, rather than treating the casino's assertions as established facts.

I'm not aware of any assurance provided by X and I dare to guess I'm not the only one. So the questions you raised can hardly be addressed by a third-party company. Frankly, that is the most open response I can give to the last post.
