Hello I have won a very large amount on this website and it will only let me withdraw 400euro at a time every 36 hours, it will take me several months to get all the money out
Has anyone else been in this situation with this site

Did you find any information regarding the maximum withdrawal in their terms, perhaps?

i have today had a email saying my win is getting investigated and could take up to 30 days to investigate, so I al now unable to withdraw feel like it’s going to be a scam

Great, does that mean you got your money too? But you have some more and you are waiting to get another one?

I am getting 400 every 36 hours and have revived several payment but it’s a large win and will take a few months to get the full amount out , but at least it’s paying

So have you won!, with a large sum of money and it's withdrawal amounts is a certain amount.Well have you tried a withdraw, upon pending closing your acct ?.This maybe your answer.They don't like winners,and worse still professional players.i can assume though that you struck on Luck.only.Though you see that's why ,because,that's not professional,they know gamblers continue to play until it's all lost. So therefore you had no win.and they didn't have the cash amount,you didn't say how much but I'm assuming too large to pay out or at least until you have gambled a bit to bring the amount down.The only reason they do this is they assume you did this on Luck.

Hello, are you replying to someone specific? If so, it would be good to use the "reply" button so that the player knows that it happened and so that we know that it is directed at someone.
I don't know what exactly you want to say with what you wrote, but did something specific happen to you at this casino or are you just reacting to someone else's situation?
