It is over 3 days since I made a withdrawal request (£500 on my £1100 balance as this is the largest allowed). The request has not been processed and I have received no response to the messages I have sent.


There is no telephone number on the site and the 'live chat' facility it claims to have does not exist. Does anyone know how to contact the operators of this site or have any suggestions?

Hello, I must say you've made a very poor choice 🙁. This casino earned a very bad reputation, even user reviews give a grim picture. You can try to submit a complaint against them here. Out complaint team will try to find a way, if the casino will respond, of course.

Did you manage to get all your money back as I had £1,300 in my account and like you could only withdraw £500, which they did pay eventually. When I tried to make the next withdrawal they closed my account, kept my money and didn’t answer any further emails.
