I requested a refund from BiLucky Casino on May 30. Despite multiple follow-ups via live chat and email, they have only given vague answers and no clear resolution.


Currently, they have stopped responding altogether.


I have been patient and cooperative, but I have not received my refund or a clear timeline for resolution.


I kindly ask Casino Guru to assist in resolving this dispute as soon as possible.

Hello, on what basis would you like a refund from the casino? There must be a reason for that, so I would like to know. Or do you mean that you are waiting for a withdrawal and nobody is communicating with you? 

Could you clarify that for me, please?
