its literally impossible to verify proof of deposit they want your name date time and amount in one photo which my bank and Apple Pay which I paid through doesn’t show all of those details, I was on chat with a worker and she couldn’t answer me where I could find this information and just kept asking me to provide the details. Feels like a scam to get people to put real money in with no way of getting there return

I feel you. This is a widespread issue when customer support agents are trained to ask a specific document, but they just refuse to admit the fact that players are unable to provide it. It doesn't mean that when the bank A has it, the others have exactly the same.

I suppose submitting a complaint through our website is your best bet since they refuse to listen and offer alternatives. They could even schedule a call with you where you could show them everything they need on a video, but that would be too complicated for them I guess.

Hello. Here is the requested information regarding my case against 7Bit Casino:

Verification status: The casino has NOT requested any documents, ID, or KYC from me. They are delaying my payout without asking for any verification.

Current situation: My crypto withdrawal is stuck in "processing/review" status. The live support provided only automated template replies about "double-checking winnings" and explicitly told me to "keep enjoying the games" while waiting.
