Hello there.
I have found your complaint and can see that unfortunately Nick did not have any luck in resolving it.
If you check these user reviews, made by other players, you may learn they had similar issues. This does not mean it's alright, of course. The safety index of this particular casino is really low as you can see here.
Would you maybe consider checking the safety index of any casino before you decide to play there? In my opinion it would be surely the better option. We learn from our mistakes, what do you think about that?

It's okay and you're welcome. As Romi wrote, it's always best to do some research on a casino before you deposit to reduce the risk of similar unpleasantness. I'm sorry that it turned out like this and I hope that you won't encounter anything similar in the future. I wish you the best of luck. ☘️
