G'day. Sorry to hear about your situation. May I just ask, correct me please if I'm wrong, are you writing about Spin&Win Casino? Because I can see you already managed to open a complaint for this casino.
We usually give casinos 14 days to proceed the payment, as they need time for the KYC(Know Your Customer) to be done. You can also check this link, if you'd like to know what to expect from the complaint procedure.
Have you maybe checked with your payment provider the pay id receipt they've send you from the casino?
